Where
Calculates geocentric ecliptic longitude for planets, plus Rising, Midheaven, and the selected house system from the chosen date, time, and location. Coordinates can resolve location label and IANA time zone; calculated date/time is interpreted in that coordinate time zone when available. Saved/imported metadata can restore date, time, and location; no private birth data is hard-coded.
